Latin Stacks: Live & Resampled pays homage to the classic sounds of South American rhythms, melodies and live instrumentation. Reminiscent of upbeat songs that hide themes of heartbreak, conflict and celebration. Created in collaboration with Arthouse Acoustics, we recorded live upright pianos, dusty trumpet stacks, melancholy guitars and moody double bass. Blending the time-honored motifs of crackling vintage Latin vinyl with the sounds of grindhouse cinema.
